This isn't city water.

It's untreated ditch water, teeming with leeches, snails, endangerd sucker fish, blue green algae and slime...
Didn't they used to sell that algae stuff? I mean as a health food.

I seem to remember some quack trying to get me to eat some...I politely declined.

He the water whee my grandmother lives is really good. Denham Springs has great water.

I drank the water in Mexico. Fortunately I have an iron stomach and I didn't get sick.

T-bone Let me know when you fall out of a boat into marsh water. That is the grossest ever.

Once at summer camp, our leader decided it would be fun to tip over a canoe in the marsh. He was right.

Yes, and the company that sold just got sued over financial wrong-doing. The settelment was the largest in history for the county it was held in.

I worked for them one summer, collecting the pond scum to be sold to people with more money than brains.

Klamath Blue-Green Algae. Most of the stuff contained very little algae, which was a good thing, since it is toxic.

The tap water here is the best! Glacial fed aquifers!!!!!!!

Never drank the water in Mexico. Drank the water all over Eastern Europe, except the stuff I knew was clorinated--smelled like a pool.

I used to play in marsh water. This isn't much worse, except now that I'm old and I don't like to get wet.
