Janana8706
Ok, this past weekend, Yesterday, they used Inscense at Mass, I was just wondering if this was at my church or everywhere, my mom said they didn't do it at her Mass, the only "special" thing was a first communion, but they have never used inscense for that. Please help if you can. Thanks, JEN
Pio Nono
JMJ 8/22 - Twenty-first Monday Janana8706, Incense can be used at any Mass, with the discretion of the priest. It is used by most parishes at special Masses (First Communion, weddings, funerals, that sort of thing), but many use it at every Sunday Mass. Incense is proper to every solemn day of celebration.
