Pio Nono
JMJ 8/22 - Twenty-first Sunday Lot, Actually, the Assumption of Our Lady is in the Book of Revelation, 11:19-12:1. The "ark in heaven" that is spoken of has been consistently interpreted as referring to the Blessed Virgin. Also, in that same area of Revelation, it says that she has a crown of twelve stars - this represents her queenship over the universe. However, remember that the Queen is always a subject of the King - the Queen is never able to contradict the King. The same holds true with Mary, who only wants for us what her Son wants for us. Hope this helps. Yours, Pio Nono
