theculturewarrior
Confession, penance, and sorrow for sins. You'll break the habit, eventually.

Sinner
Tell someone close to you at school or work. Have them remind you each time. Each morning ask Our Lord, your Guardian Angel and our Immaculate Mother to intercede for you. Go to Confession at least weekly until it stops. If you do the above...... it will stop. Sursum Corda
If at all possible, go to Mass daily. If that's not possible, go to Adoration daily. It that's not possible, pray a rosary daily...all with the intention of glorifying God with your mouth. The extra grace from the extra prayer will help a ton! Peace
picchick
My parents washed our mouths out with soap. Nasty. That might help
MichaelFilo
Trash the music that has it. Get new friends. Tell your parents they are wrong for it. It maybe going to far to tell your parents, but if anything you can do to help it outside of prayer, it's that. Why? Because you are argueing against a habit you hate. You'll feel so guilty of hypocrisiy when you do it, you'll avoid it. I'm not making this stuff up either. God bless, Mikey

Iacobus
Soap doesn't kill you. Don't use liquad, lol, or anything with a warning label. If you are going to do it, my parents did when we talked back as kids, use bar soap. But umm that isn't really clean. Nowadays it is child abuse to wash out the mouth with soap. Kids get it it easy nowadays.

rachael
also, i have improved a lot over these last few days i've caught myself in the act of saying several bad words. especially the "f" word. the first time i caught myself saying it, it ended up coming out "fudge nut." purely unintentional. for some reason, everytime i have almost said that word, "fudge nut" comes out instead. Scofizzle
Everytime you swear you must put a dollar into a jar. When you are no longer putting dollars in the jar, buy yourself something cool as a reward. Make sure you have someone to keep you accountable.
