I Have A Problem With...

The prayers have helped. It just so happened that a Sheriff service officer came into the store a few minutes ago and gave me a phone number to call them when he comes back. I told her I did not want to get him in trouble. She told me it is illegal to sift through the trash which will give them the authority to talk to him and evaluate him. They might just cite him but if they decide that he is mentally ill then they can take him in for a psyche evaluation where he can receive help. She also told me not to feel too bad because most homeless people are that way because they want to be that way because I guess there are programs to help those who want it. Its hard to believe anyone would want to be that way but I guess she would know.
