Good Friday
I'm not supporting Kerry for President, but I thought I should point out that the funding for Planned Parenthood has not stopped or decreased under the Bush Administration, it's now receiving funding for abstinence education, which is blatantly ridiculous since we all know that abstinence education isn't what Planned Parenthood offers. I'd suggest you write to him about this. Edited August 19, 2004 by Good Friday
megamattman1
I want to put together a Crusade I'm talking like the crusades in our history
A crusade might not be very effective, and so it would not be just. Well at least if there's another way. Though, I'd say if a war is needed even if you are not going to win for sure, I would think that it's just. Like if a whole nation is going to kill your family but you fight anyway, I'd think that is just even though you won't win, though I'm not sure it's in black and white that it is just. Anyway, as far as this goes, I think there's a better way. And I'm probably committing some felonies for saying this, but I'd say kill the Supreme Court Justices. That can probably only happen if Bush is reelected. If we were to right now, the election process might be stalled until Kerry has a chance to win. Or maybe reelection would have to happen and we only have a few more months to do it. That is assuming the Court would change it when it has the chance. That's a tough call, but it's worth a try. Edited August 19, 2004 by megamattman1
MC Just
lol, Well I dont plan on killing anyone. I'm talking a peaceful pray the rosary and carry vatican flag crusade. Passing out important info for pro-choicers. I dont think we can do a crusade from our history, times are different now, there are guns and bombs.lol Plus I dont think the Church would support it.. Crusader_4
I think carrying the Vatican Banner is a must (they need to see that the Church that was founded on the Great Apostle Peter is running this.... Just like how Attila was met by Leo) . I also think it needs to be organized with Military Discipline...in every manner so that we can be "Sicut Milles Christi" as Paul writes. We need to be physically present carrying our flags, praying, and having a crusade but in a different sort of way. Crusader_4
MC JUST do you think any of the bishops would approve it or organize it because it can be a lay movement...but i think it makes a huge difference if the Hierachy is in charge especially in recruiting etc.

Crusader_4
IF the Pope declared one and literally like in the past when Crusades were ran people signed up and it was organized similar and you could have the Bishops appoint the Generals (prob K of C) and run something like we were talking about. I think that would be amazing and almost nesscairy right now.

Laudate_Dominum
I own a collection of Margaret Sanger's writings including some very rare books of hers that have been out of print since the 1920's. I can testify to the depths of her twisted agenda. Also Hitler was actually a fan of Margaret Sanger's ideas. Her personal life was pretty bizzare too, she married a wealthy Anglican man and was in the habit of having lovers come to their house (male and female) where she would cheat on her husban in their own bed. This was not kept secret either, he just learned to live with it I guess.
