curtins
What do you suggest we do?
1) read ingredient lists if it says "hydrogenated oil" on it- dont buy it 2) if you have somthing in your house that says "hydrogenated oil" on it- throw it out 3) spread the word about how bad the stuff is if i didnt think this was important i wouldnt post this- you SHOULD be concerned- many doctors have said this stuff is horrible- its like cigarrettes- u cant feel the effects now but in the long run you are toast

Ash Wednesday
I honestly didn't know what to make of this thread. I think the reason why people get touchy and defensive is because it's the equivalent to creating a thread that says "Get regular exercise!" "Eat Omega 3 fish oil!" "Stop smoking!" Generally things that people SHOULD already know. Don't get me wrong, people probably appreciate the information. I'm becoming more aware of saturated fat and cholesterol these days, myself... But when you phrase it like a screaming chicken little, it's going to rub people the wrong way. No offense intended... Thanks for listening. :wavey:

(Sorry, Mountain Dew disgusts me....)
