A Sad, Shocking Dream I Had Last Night

I had a very disturbing dream last night. I was at some modern-looking Catholic church with white columns and white curtains all over the place. I arrived as Mass was just getting started, with the priest approaching the altar. I went over to the music section to peek at their line-up (lately I've taken to doing this to make sure they wouldn't play anything I hate)... when I look up again, most everybody is crouched down in the pews, some people are running around in panic, and the priest and everyone else in the procession are on the floor dead. Hiding behind one of the white curtains, I focus on the altar area... and up there is some bearded guy in a green military uniform looking around, and he's got an AK-47 in his hands. I then start running around, looking for some secret exit... and that's when I woke up.

I'm almost afraid to ask what this means.... :sadder:

I'm also unsure if this is even fit for posting... so if the mods lock/remove this thread, I'm not gonna protest.

Not locked and not removed.

It gives us all something to think about.

Funny, so funny!!!!!!!

Don't really know what it means. One time when I was praying, Satan talked to me.... Now that was scary!

Your dream could mean a lot of things.
Is there some worry related to the Church that has been troubling you? The hidden man may symbolize an unseen danger that you aren't quite aware of. Go here: DreamMoods
poke around and see if you can find some other symbolization.
It may mean nothing at all. Just a bit of bad coagulated milk.

Ash Wednesday

It sounds like an anxiety dream. Anxious feelings (conscious or subconscious) about things going on in life in the waking world playing out in your dreams. You know, like the ones where you're falling, struggling to run, or your teeth fall out.

Thy Geekdom Come

Dreams are to be approached with extreme caution. Satan can plant them to confuse us and God can plant them to encourage us. If you feel you must interpret it, seek out an orthodox and holy priest to help you.

I will say no more.

Yeah, your dreams may be a result of things that have influenced you. A movie, sight of an object, a smell, a sound, or reading certain words can influence you later when you go to sleep. The dreams may be caused by something in the past, but they must not be interpreted as if it is a prediction of a future event.

Or John Kerry and the likes?
