Paladin D
I'm so freakin angry, I'm ready to rip someone's head off (or literally run out into the woods, and wrestle with an wild animal). Even the thought of suicide is in my thoughts, but can't...too afraid to go to hell. I think I have an anger problem, since I got this angry...EXTREMELY ANGRY...over FREAKIN beaver dam ALEGRBA! By God, if anything worse were to happen, I might just SNAP. And since I'm in this mood, I'm so tempted to yell at my mother. But that wouldn't be the right thing to do. Prayers and/or advice would be appreciated.
cmotherofpirl
You only think you have an anger problem? Could you be a little more specific? Is it an algebra problem in particular or algebra in general. I could mail you an old algebra and you could rip it out page by page. Would that help? Paladin D
Are there any websites where you can go practice algebra? Yes there are, and in my Algebra books, they teach of course about Algebra. But the two problems are... A) My new teacher (my older brother) is having some troubles, so today he just handed me some work, and expected me to do it. B) The Algebra book I have, is "A Beka" book. It figures, it's anti-Catholic and half the time there work is so freakin weird to do compared to other books. (Maybe it was specifically made to stress the hell out of Catholics?) ...so I'm not doing math today. But the point is this, I can get extremely angry over the smallest things (sometimes and sometimes not).
cmotherofpirl
You need to take a deep breath and start counting. ASk yourself will this particular problem be important in 5 years. If it is, stay worried enough to think out solutions. If it is not, keep breathing in and out slowly. Walk around the block. Look at the problem again. I have an Irish temper and have been working on it for many years. Sometimes I win, sometimes I lose.

Paladin D
???????? How can a math textbook be anti-Catholic? I never ran into any anti-papal polynomials.... The company itself, is a Protestant based one. There history books are Anti-Catholic. You can see some of it also in there Language and Literature books. Heck, I believe I've seen a couple mentions about the Catholic Church in there Science books as well.
