Excellent. Once again, I'm being ridiculed for my beliefs and lifestyle. You guys are the most inconsiderate group of Christians I've crossed in my life.
I'm not ridiculing you...

:sadder:

Veges have a habit of forcing their lifestyle on other people.

No ones ridiculed you, just telling you what god says.

proving vegetarianism as justified by the Bible is totally ridiculous. you might not have specifically talked about scripture, but by using the words "murdering God's creation" indicates you are accusing other people of doing something gravely wrong. I thought I would do you a favor by adding some humor to the conversation. quit being so serious and emotional.

Lets just lighten up a lil here I dont think there was any intention to ridicule your personal beliefs and if i came across as such i am sorry.

ditto. none absolutely. in the debate table there is supposed to be difference of opinion and for some people that may or may not also include "humor" because it's a component of conversation.

Although he was very clsoe to nature indeed and he had such a good profound sense of Gods beauty in creation.

Reread my first post. I just stated my PERSONAL convictions and beliefs, as you can see, by me numbing most of my statements with "I believe that..."

Don't you ever EVER compare vegetarianism to an eating disorder. I was anorexic for three years. I was sick. All the time. My dear friend has bulimia and weighs 77 pounds. I would do just about anything to see her healthy and happy again. EDs are not a joke. You don't joke about stuff like that. It is not humorous AT ALL.

I've been a vegetarian for 7 years now. I find something very wrong with contributing to the murder of God's creation.

I believe that a vegetarian lifestyle is what God had in mind in the beginning when he told Adam and Eve that they had every plant to eat (except the one of course

Called us murderers and then you begin to think for God

So, that's why Jesus told the Apostles that He wanted them to become fishers of men...to SAVE THE FISH! :o

No, but seriously here....
You can choose to be a vegetarian for personal reasons, but I don't think you should presume that that's what God intended.

Say, if you and I were both there when Jesus multiplied the loaves and the fishes, I'd eat your fish, since you're a vegetarian, and you could have my loaf, since I avoid the carbs. ;)

:P

Pax Christi. <><
