Paladin Posted March 6, 2007 Share Posted March 6, 2007 If my etymology isn't mistaken, "crusader" just means "one of the cross" or "one relating to the cross." In that sense, all of the Church - Triumphant, Dormant, and Militant - are crusaders. And given the definitions that have been provided for militant, I think Church Militant is apt, accurate, and adequate for we on this side of the Pale.
