Noel's angel
No point in obsessing about belts because they dont mean anything, i know people who are brilliant at Martial Arts but dont do gradings because belts dont really mean anything, ive realised that now

Noel's angel
u should respect people regardless of their belt colour, it doesnt matter, my sensei taught brown belts when he was a white belt and they had to respect him like they would a black belt

You gave an example that went outside the context of what I was refering to, and the topic here. I didnt mean it in such a broadened sense. k? Ash Wednesday
Hey boys! With that being said... the color of belt in the end doesn't matter as much your interior attitude and how skilled you are. On the other hand, one can wear a belt with pride (without being cocky) given that it would indicate a certain level of hard work and accomplishment. Like a certificate or a badge, if you will. "God saw that it was all good!"
