Thy Geekdom Come
Ummm.... I may be wrong but I was pretty sure Kerry was not involed in the war crimes. He testified about them to the senate either from witnessing them or seeing the aftermath or something. I am pretty sure he didn't have any role in them (any more than most men in Nam did). So I think that is why.
He testified that he was in command of such missions and oversaw them. That's what I heard on the clips, anyway...

He saved the lives aboard several ships and went through the Bermuda Triangle a couple of times (no alternate universes, but plenty of bad weather). My father avoided the draft and took the easiest military job available...and he's more of a hero than John Kerry.
Matty_boy
The U.N. and the International Courts don't have any authority. They simply make judgements. They can't actually make anybody do anything. Remember when President Clinton and Mr. was in office and the U.N. spent a better part of 6 years politely knocking on Saddam's door asking if they could inspect his factories? The reason it took that long was because the U.N. has no authority. The International Court just came out with a "non-binding judgement" against Israel claiming that Israel is breaking international law by building a wall to keep the suicide bombers out. Israel just keeps on building. ROCK ON ISRAEL!!! I am truly disappointed in our President because of the inviting representatives from the U.N. to monitor our election. I understand that he might have done it to appease the Democrats and not give them a reason to cry and b**** for 4 more years, but honestly, We can run our own blankety-blank election and we don't need some corrupt world government wannabes to make sure we're doing it right. MorphRC
Morph, get over yourself. Face it, Bush didn't really do anything wrong. Yes, he went ahead with war without the UN's support but he did not break any laws in doing so. Face it, there is nothing that you can say against Bush without fabricating it!
Over Myself? WHAT THE HECK DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH ME!..lol I aint a terrorist Break no laws?..No just every war-fare law, including the Church's! But Hey WHO CARES, hes american. MorphRC
The UN are a bunch of horses a**'s. They don't know what is good for them or for the world. They complain when we get involved and complain when we don't. We may be a member of the UN but the UN does not control the world or the US. The US is a still a soveriegn nation capable of making its own decisions. Kerry would sign the US over to the UN if he could. Kerry will put America in a very dangerous position not only on issues of homosexuality, abortion, and so forth, but in our position as a free world itself. So I will say it again - our troops went into Iraq, took in a terrorist freed people from extreme oppression and slavery, gave them the right to worship our Lord Jesus Christ, took enemy fire when they knew that firing in return could result in civilian deaths, and you are telling me that Bush is the bad guy. Get your head out of the sand. You are so enthralled with a hatred of President Bush, who inherited a depression, cut taxes for small business owners so they could continue to employ more people, brought our economy back, has been strongly pro-life, anti-gay marriage, and shows he is a Christian through his actions. You've been watching too much Michael Moore. They are lying to you and you can't even see it. What upsets you more? The fact that we are taking terrorists down worldwide, the fact that we are freeing an oppressed people who welcome our precense despite the lies of liberal media, the fact that unemployment is down, the fact that our troops have volunteered to go to Iraq and overseas to serve and are not doing so against their own free will?
Typical American Imperialist attitude. And americans wonder why people hate them so much. They hate us because of our freedom and liberty.. ROFL! Brother Adam
Typical American attitude eh? Prove it. I've presented facts. You can't rebutt them can you? Saddam had no weapons in 2001? Wrong. We just didn't go after Saddam in 2001. Those stockpiles of material to make weapons didn't show up overnight. Of course with Mr. Clinton Saddam had plenty of time to plan in case we ever did invade. Are you even going to back your canidate up, or do you agree with our assesment of the man? Hatred is no way to live man
Brother Adam
And what exactly has he done in 20 years in the senate? Why doesn't he ever talked about that? If he wants to convince me Bush is just a bad guy, tell me what he has accomplished! Show me his outstanding voting record! Do you really want a president who will wait until thousands of more innocent American citizens die at the hands of terrorists before even lifting a finger in protest? MorphRC
Get a doco called 'The World According To Bush'.
Saddam had no weapons in 2001? Wrong. We just didn't go after Saddam in 2001.
Not what Bush said. You can support your 'rightly voted' President. And justify all his imperialistic acts, but I aint gonna fall into that. MichaelFilo
The war was waged against UN support and the Church's acceptance. I am sure the war didn't fall into a just war. The fact that NO WMD were found could suggest something was fishy. However, Kerry is still a criminal in the sense that he is untrusthworthy. His purple hearts weren't all well earned. One was a self-inflected wound, the doctor who treated it claims. Suprising how Kerry chooses to stick to the Vietnam war with so many shady points about it. His constant attacks on president Bush, I'm sad to say, seems to be a tactic amongst democrats. God bless, Mikey

He won legally, fair and square, despite shady and borderline illegal tactics by those democrats counting and recounting votes over and over again, consistently trying to throw out republican votes. By law, he won. If Gore won, then by law, he would have been president. (and I dare say Sept. 11th wouldn't have been the last attack on American soil.
