azaelia
Yeah, only attractive people should show skin because those are the only ones who anyone would consider beautiful. I think anyone who thinks it's okay for attractive men to not wear shirts or attractive women to wear bikinis has no right to complain when they see something they don't want to see. We should all practice modesty and expect others to as well.
I don't wear bikinis because I like the way I look and want to show off my body. I wear them because they're comfortable, and I can manuever in one. I can never find a one-piece that fits because my torso is too long and, well....yeah we won't discuss that issue. Most people wear bikinis to show off, but not all. And it's not like I walk around with just my bikini on, either. I usually put on a tank top over it (the bottoms are boy-shorts anyway). I just think it's a slight over-generalization to state that anyone wearing a bikini is purposefully showing off their body.
franciscanheart
Hey yall, can we TRY to be nice on here? All he asked was if it was bad for guys to go shirtless. I know that most people dont mind unless they are "fat" but please, there are people on here with feelings. A lot of them. Let's try to keep our comments nice. Who knows how many people you are offending with those comments and they're too ashamed or embarrassed to say how much it offends them. Please, please, please be careful. 1337 k4th0l1x0r
Actually - after all I said - I believe that it's okay for a guy to go shirtless. I live down South and some days I really just need to take my shirt off. And I don't get grossed out when big hairy guys do also because he's probably burning up even more than I am. I shouldn't have to think about whether or not I'll offend someone because I'm not All Abs like Strongbad when I remove my shirt because it's 105 outside and I've absolutely gotta mow the lawn.
No way! If she's still got ankles showing, she better cover 'em up! No, I kid. Let me try my response again. No way! What's she doing out of the kitchen in the first place. SMACKS SELF! All right, here's what I really think. No way! I think as long as what she wears is appropriate for the situation it's okay. It gets really hot and humid down here and if a woman wears a tank top and shorts to mow the lawn, it really isn't going to bother me or turn me on. I think that as long as a woman doesn't wear the clothes trying to attract attention to her body, it's all good. She should wear enough to stay modest but still be comfortable. And really, nothing kills the mood like smelling like grass and gasoline and being covered in grass clippings.
