CatholicAndFanatical
Count me in too dUST. I dont think they can sue you for copywrite..They might pay you big bucks for the domain name though. I know a few companies that had to fight over their names being domain names owned by other people. I would jump on it now though dude before it gets taken up. K, gotta go, good luck
CatholicAndFanatical
As long as he does it with full consent of the will (he does seem insane) and full knowledge of the issue (which I'm sure he has), then I think he qualifies for latae sententiae excommunication. The only thing we need now is for the bishops to point it out officially.
If thats the case then there needs to be a Bishop to confirm this and announce it. Although I think they might be too scared to stand up and say this. If he did excommunicate himself then why is he still able to recieve communion at whatever Parish he goes too?? Tony
Personally, I think Kerry has already excommunicated himself. The site will be charitable, but firm. It will speak the truth with force, and remain loving at the same time. One doesn't have to water down the truth to remain charitable.
Correct me if I am wrong.. anyone... (Let me know if this is right too hehe) In the eyes of the church , Kerry is to be denied Communion, right? The Blessed Sacrament is the whole of everything, so that alone means he is excommunicated

Iacobus
sounds awesome, but could you get sued for copyright infringement because of the way his site is set up? otherwise i think it's a smokin' idea!
I think it is legal. If you go to whitehouse.org (It isn't the porno .com one but it isn't the cleanest satire) it is layed out like the .gov site. They have been up for a few years and have got a bit of attention without any suits. But they do have a disclaimer saying they are in now way connecnted to the Whitehouse and it is for humor only. When you do something as truth one would have to really check their facts to guard agasinst Libel. And thicke, I am not sure it would be staire because it isn't done as humor it is done as fact. And that tends to blur the line.

Thy Geekdom Come
If thats the case then there needs to be a Bishop to confirm this and announce it.
He technically can't receive Communion, but there isn't much of a precedent to deny him Communion unless he is formally and publicly excommunicated. And excommunicant who receives the Holy Eucharist, given the other conditions, commits a mortal sin.
