StColette
This is a very old thread but I have some news regarding my brother. He's about to go on a two week training session to prepare him to go back to Iraq very soon. We're hoping he'll be here for Christmas since he missed last Christmas. Noel's angel
can u not just ask him not to go to Iraq, then u wouldnt have to worry about him. its like that song about soldiers, that if everyone refused to fight in a war, there would be no war. Prayers for your brother
StColette
No I can't just ask him not to go lol He's a 1st Lt. he has to go It's his duty to serve his country and something that he has chosen for himself. Plus if he refused orders he would be in some really big trouble Edited October 30, 2004 by StColette
Noel's angel
i was just wondering cause he doesnt have to go to war, it was just a thought
StColette
hmm I'm still confused with your statement, he does have to go to war he has been given orders to go. And he can't ignore those orders. Believe me I would rather him not go.
