dUSt
I don't get it. So Keyes is basically running against a democrat to get on the republican ticket? This Barthwell lady who is the only other finalist is pro-choice and has made financial contributions in the past to democrats, and none to republicans. Does anyone else find this odd? Iacobus
Ah, for the good old day when Illinois had Paul Simon and Carol Mosley Braun! Ha! I crack myself up peace...
The good ole days under Sec of State G. Ryan... got some cash? I got a CDL? The GOP has been going nuts trying to find a canditie. I hope they do find one. But the ones that they really look at in the past got scared of Obama. And after his convention whoaing speech I would kinda be shy to run against him. 1337 k4th0l1x0r
If I were campaigning against him, I'd remind the people of Illinois that Obama is just one little mispelling away from Osama!
Yes. But this real life Jack Ryan is the ex-husband of Jeri Ryan, who played Seven of Nine on Star Trek: Voyager. The radio reports this morning that Keyes will officially accept the nomination on Sunday.
