Personally, I think this one's got potential -too early to judge though, at least it promises not to be anything like that gay Joel Schumacher garbage! Just wanted to see what y'all thought.

I've never been a fan, but if it were done right it could be good. however i think too many people are trying to make the next spiderman and in my opinion are failing miserably.

White Knight

Batman is good, but I really think it sould of have ended with 4. Considering how bad it was, but I have hopes that this new movie will surpass expections of hardcore and even non hardcore fans if done correctly.

Michael Keaton's Batman was something of a neurotic wuss - I think Christian Bale could be pretty good - he's more of the Bruce Wayne type.

Personally I was hoping the Year One movie would get made (based on the Frank Miller classic, and co-written by Miller) but that project apparently didn't work out.
Batman Beginsincorporates elements of Year One, and so it could be pretty cool -from what I've read about the script, it looks promising.

You just... :o This is almost blasphemy... :o

Keaton's Batman was right on!

As for Bale, I'm not sure, he seems like the Val Kilmer type. Granted, he has potential, both ways though.

Ok, Keaton's Batman was an interesting interpretation (maybe I was being a bit harsh) - I'd just like to see a character a little closer to the comix. (I really hated Batman Returns, by the way)

too many people have played Batman. it's like people are walking around Gotham asking all these guys, "Are you Bruce Wayne? Are you Bruce Wayne? Will the real Bruce Wayne please stand up?

PS Socrates.....way to steal my avatar....
