how bout instead of people starving in other countrys what about people starving in ours.

Lets define Directly real quick, are we directly linked to something specifically by words or is it also by our actions?

BTW I am not an abortion advocate in any way

So Kerry DIRECTLY supports Aborotion

if our actions define a direct link

Then George Bush DIRECTLY supports war as well as poverty

who is the greater evil?
President Bush supports a just war, and does not support poverty.

Mr Kerry supports killing children.

There is no question who supports the greatest evil.

the greater evil is that which has the most direct impact on innocent, human life. even when we consider Bush's acceptance of capital punishment, Kerry's is STILL the greater evil.

concerning war, it is not absolutely certain that the innocent will die. when war is carried out w/ precision and for the right reasons, the innocent do not die. not even capital punishment is an absolute death sentence (as in, always and every time) for death sentences are overturned if new proof is found. plus, death sentences are meant for the guilty, not the innocent.

--however, without exception, every abortion is the death of an innocent life.

thus, abortion has the most direct impact on innocent human life and as such is the greater evil.
