IcePrincessKRS
Not in my family. lol My brothers in law love Adrienne. My brothers love her, too, but they arent always around long enough to hold her. lol My one brother in law (married to Matt's older sister) was afraid to hold her because at birth she weighed HALF what his babies weighed at birth--he was afraid he'd break her. But Mark was the only one who had any qualms. Edited July 23, 2004 by IcePrincessKRS

StColette
My dad must be one of the rare ones, he is sooo good with babies, ever time he hold one of his grandkids or one of my baby cousins they just seem to quiet down and be very calm Dad loves kids he always says he wishes he would have had the Catholic dozen lol
daugher-of-Mary
A dear man from our parish would not hold his OWN kids until they were 5-6 months old, and even then, they had to be/ wrapped up securely in enough blankets to keep them from moving! After the initial skittishness, though, he has proven himself to be a wonderful daddy. My dad on the other hand, is SO good with kids. Part of his trick is his "magic thumb"...he is double jointed, and I guess his thumb is just the right shape for babies mouths. lol. My dad should be marketed as an organic pacifier.
