I have a notebook with one page for every month, number according to the days for each month. Each page is divided into two columns. The first column lists the particular Saint for that day, the second column lists if its somebodys birthday or deathday and they get special mention in my prayers that day.

Voila! A permanent personal Catholic calendar. :)
