Justified Saint
Since there can be no objective reality in your thought then your thought is unreasonable - that is to say it is without reason. We belief in restraints in order to uphold free thought and most certainly reason. As Chesterton would put it, yours is the thought that stops thought. Thought without reason can hardly be called thought.

Chris Zewe
We belief in restraints in order to uphold free thought and most certainly reason. As Chesterton would put it, yours is the thought that stops thought. And what thought of mine are we referring to, here? And no, you don't support free thought. Hardly a day goes by without various people bothering me, trying to get me to "see the light." hey chris? if you gonna post here you really need to read hte guidelines.......dont make us clean up after you ....no personal attacks, no profanity and practice respect and charity here. its not that hard. Ban me if you want, I really don't care...I didn't expect to last this long as it is, anyway. Are you making too many personal attacks to remember them all? I will not publicly post things which I have edited. What you consider a personal attack, I probably consider to be an offhand comment or a truthful statement. Could you private message* it to me? *Is "PM" valid on Phatmass? I know that's the name of the site, so I'm not really sure...
littleflower+JMJ
who talked about banning? all i asked that you be courteous when here. now lets get this thread back on subject....
Chris Zewe
You don't want to clean up after me, you said. I'm not used to boards with ToS this strict. I assumed that you were threatening to ban me.
Justified Saint
Chris, reread my post. Your thought is not grounded in reality therefore it is unresonable. You have admitted as much. People can believe and think whatever they want - it doesn't matter you say. Again, thought without reason can't really be called thought.

Don John of Austria
Well God Conquers actually the early Christians where all communist, so are all the religious orders, however Marxist Communism is a forbidden and evil institution. Marxist Communism is contrary to Church teaching for many reasons, among them are the fact that it explicitly rejects God and the State replaces God, more than that, it is a system which gives no choice in the matter. Still one must make the distinction between Marxism and pure communism 9 which peter the first Pope certianly approved of).

Justified Saint
Wow, the theory really holds true! Thought, reason, and comphrension are slowy trickling away. I jest of course. I am speaking of "thought" in a general and more abstract sense. But specifically I am challenging the belief system in which you hold that says you can think, act, and believe however you like. Therefore, no objective reality exists in this system and consequently reason can not exist. Once again we arrive at the conclusion that your "thought" is without reason. Chris Zewe
Um...I believe that people should (and do) do what they want. I just think that they should consider the consequences and then accept them when the time comes.
