Shrek -- 4. I loved this movie. At first, I thought it'd be some dumb kiddie movie, but it was really good and funny. The jokes are very clever, and the graphics are awesome.

Braveheart -- 4.5. This movie would have gotten a 5 had it not been historically inaccurate. But it's a great movie, and it's also one of my favorites. The battle scenes are gory, but the valor and conviction in this movie are really moving.

Anna and the King -- 3.5. An engaging and interesting movie with gorgeous scenery. I like this movie a lot.

John Q -- [Blank]. I've never seen it, so I can't say. ;)

Spiderman -- 4. For what it's worth, this is a great movie. The story is good, and the special effects are fun to watch. Spiderman just isn't one of my favorites, though. I just can't get into it.

God bless,

Jen

Those battle scenes were brilliant for a 1995 movie. Imagine if they had the software LOTRs had! WOW!

White Knight

Shrek- 3 Could have been better.

Braveheart- 5 the realism of the battle scenes and the acting throughout the whole film were phanomenoal. Not to mention I'm highly interested in World History.
Ann & the King- Never saw it.

Spider-man- 4 Originally I didn't like Spider-man I because the story wasn't all conviencing for me, but after seeing Number 2 it improved my opinion on this film greatly. btw, I like number two better than 1, why? better story, better action, and the acually message of the movie was far greater.

John Q- 1 No Comment.

thats my List.

Shrek - 5: Didn't know what to expect and was blown away. One of the reasons it's so funny is cos some of the jokes were so random, it was unexpected. Like the part where they blow up a snake and a frog into balloons, I mean, where did THAT come from?

Braveheart - 3: Alright, nice music too. Mel's accent became American at times & it's a little too 1-dimensional to me. It's basically an inspirational tale of how poor village men gained enough courage to fight off an empire, but it was historically inaccurate. If you want a clear-cut villain, it's best to use a fictional one, as you might offend. Mel clearly hates the Brits.

Anna & the King - 3: A lot of the actors in this flick were from my country, and they did pretty well against the Hollywood bigwigs, I thought. I love Jodie Foster. Chow Yuan Fat should stay out of Hollywood-they haven't been good to him, and he's brilliant. Scattered focus: one minute on westerization, one minute on western colonial superiority, one minute on family, one minute on the love story, one minute on the virtues of monarchy vs republic...

Spiderman I - 5: First up, I must say, I'm biased towards this as I was brought up a Marvel fan by my brother, Lestat_x. But it was the best Marvel opener movie I've watched. Humorous, well-paced, well-acted, with well-placed comic-cliches that didn't irk me one bit. Didn't like James Franco though.

John Q - null: didn't watch it!
