Pagan rituals, conversion

I met a very earnest young woman who is trying to live a life devoted to God... or 'god'... she has been practicing a pagan faith since she was a teenager.

She is very moved by the liturgical cycle of the Christian calendar and believes somewhat in the redemptive action of Jesus Christ, but she's absolutely not ready to perceive or build a relationship with Him.

ANY ADVICE ON WHAT MATERIALS/BOOKS/PODCASTS I could recommend for her? I've never had this situation before. Please help!
