Matt Elstran of the St Francesca Resource Center explains their mission and need for sharing food and clothing in the Chippewa Falls area. The St Francesca Resource center averages over 60 volunteer hours each week, and, by partnering with the Feed My People Food Bank, can leverage your donation dollar. They operate without facility expenses and keep administration costs very low.
