dUSt
Long overdue. I think the church should adapt to the world not being so regional anymore. Like, there should be a bishop of the internet, a bishop of Facebook, a bishop of the media, etc.

Luigi
A Dominican friar that I sort of pay attention to on Facebook posted this recently, regarding Archbishop Cordileone's decision: "Michael Joseph Monshau He will receive very much grief about this from other bishops, so please write him to let him know of your support. Every note will really matter. One Peter Yorke Way San Francisco, CA 94109-6602"

Seven77
This is a great act of mercy. The Archbishop is a truly humble and sincere shepherd. It's not an act of vindication or of politics as he himself has said. It is a remedial action… That is what these actions are Designed to do, to bring people to repentance… The archbishop wants to save her soul. We shouldn't glory and revel in the fact that he has denied her Holy Communion – – we should pray for the conversion of our politicians.
