Need An Authoritive Interpretation

I posted a question in Apologetics to see if there was a proper interpretation of a verse in Revelations.

Chapter 1 ver 4.

The seven spirits before the throne.

I stated what I thought they were, but I am in no position to interpret Scripture for myself. I thought that it may be correct, from my reading and understanding. (Been reading Catholic Apologetics) but I would feel much better if I had some authoritive answer.
