Ooo, I WISH!!! I'm really dying to go, it's on my places-to-go list right after Italy :cool:

Hmph, I hope I get a chance to go...someday...when I'm not a poor teen..:rolleyes:

a friend of mine is from Portugal and he's been to Fatima serveral times and tells me such good things about the city and the mass that are offered. I haven't been but hope too take my family there on Vacation if God permits me the time and funds. Please share your experience!!!!

I wish I have !! Right now I'm trying to talk my dad into taking a trip there and to Lourdes after my fall semester :)

Holy Land (I WISH, not likely though)

on and on and on....one of us has to win the lottery and take the rest of us on a PM pilgrimage through Europe :cool:

they're are some pilgrimage packages that include almost all of those Vera its expensive and the trip is very long but well worth it !!

Assisi and Rome are awesome...but to tell the truth, I liked the atmosphere in Assisi better...

It's so quiet, humble, pious, and so friendly.

I'd move there.

That's what our priest once said.

He said the atmosphere was quieter, not as big and grand as Rome...

I'm dying to go to Italy!!

funny that your are dying to go to Italy. When my wife and I got married, we were also dyingt to go to Italy, so much that we opened up a savings account to set aside money for our "trip" to Italy. Little to did we plan on having kids right away but that was God's plan which we fully accept. :D That account is still open but no money is being added. So much for our trip but maybe when the kids get older so we can all share the experience.

My list of places to go is:
Portugal, Spain, France, and Italy. Sigh...

That reminds me of my parents' funds for our college...$800 each...lol...

They opened them and never did anything else...
