little2add Posted November 25, 2021 Author Share Posted November 25, 2021 Roast turkey up at 5:00 am to prep the 12 lb. Turkey and put in the oven at 325 for 4 hours. I roast my in a black roasting pan, covered for 3.5 and then another half hour uncovered until the skin is golden brown, basting Occasionally with the natural juices.
