ladybug
ladybug...I appreciate you coming back to this thread... I don't expect everyone to love hip hop, rock, emo, country, whatever - but I do expect people to respect each others' ministries... ladybug...anytime you're willing to drop some more of your poetry in this phorum or give us feedback on ANYTHING we do, please do so! Remnant...you're the ISH, bro...thank you for holding me accountable to the teachings of Christ... Peace... P.S. Flip IS RETRO.
Thanks for letting me drop some poetry! This one I did not write. Emily Dickenson wrote it. But it fits with my "Journey at Midnight" poem. (Our church has a whole set of artistic symbolism standing for our christian journey) On this wondrous sea Sailing silently, Ho! Pilot, ho! Knowest thou the shore Where no breakers roar -- Where the storm is o'er? In the peaceful west Many the sails at rest -- The anchors fast -- Thither I pilot thee -- Land Ho! Eternity! Ashore at last! 1853 -------- 1896
