What I liked about this video is that she addresses (which many do not) that discernment is just that. You can leave without shame and although many years ago, that was the case, now it is just another step in figuring out God's plan. It might not be a religious vocation is for you or that order. I still see a reluctance to say that when they show great numbers entered "Dominican Sisters get 50 entering in the Fall" you never hear about it later. Of course you see the number of the order stays about the same, 10 or so more, but it's okay to tell young women, come and see and it's okay if you don't find yourself a fit or we don't find you a fit. No judgements.
