He said for extra credit we could do an oral presenation on anything pertaining to health. First thing that came to mind was abortion. THere are many physical and mental problems that women have after having an abortion and i have heard many people saying "if i had known this or that i wouldnt have had an abortion". I am signed up for July 20th to do a presentation on the Mental and Physical dangers of abortion and i hope that this presenation can change peoples views on abortion. I would not be able to really use a religious aspect to my presnetation because thats not really the way to get through to people who dont believe. If you tell them that God gave us all a plan, an atheist who doesnt believe in God would just throw that away so, i want to use facts that have nothing to do with spirituality and that pertain strictly to us and our bodies. Knowing my phamily i know that u all have some great pro-life sites taht give facts on this kinda stuff and i ask you to please give me some links so i can have a great presenation. Ok well the first thing is PAS (Post Abortion Syndrome) At this many women will have thoughts of suicide, lack of eating, sleeping, HEAVY depression, and very sick. and what i can do for ya if someone else gets it maybe i can get a website for ya that has the stages of life. I know though that within 20-21 days that the heart is clearly beating! I'll find you more hard evidence on this for you, that is scientific. Also, if you don't mind i'll tell ya about the procedures. I must warn you though they are graphic in nature and might want to be told through e-mail, or private message. just let me know!
