2021 Award - Presentation Sisters

The Presentation Sisters in Tasmania have been inducted into the 2021 Tasmanian Honour Roll of Women. PHOTO: Archdiocese of Hobart.

When I saw the title and image, I immediately thought that it is not what you wear, it is who you are.   It is a statement, too, that there can be secular dressed women in our midst who are religious sisters.  It also reminded me of the many who accomplish great things for God but are never recognized in any way, other than after death in Heaven. 

It is a great cause for thanksgiving and gratitude for God's Graces (and for those who have embraced His Graces), however, when a Catholic individual or a group of some kind are publicly recognized for good works.......excellent PR for The Church!... for all of us in the Mystical Body, for God and His Glory here on earth
