Pio Nono
JMJ 7/5 - Fourteenth Monday Yeah, my (new) favorite Christian music...well, it's a tie between Allegri's Miserere and a recording, in Sub-Carpathian chant, of Resurretion Matins. Yeah, I'm a dork.

GirlInTheWhiteArmor
Jaci Velasquez all the way! "He" is her best one... Heaven is a place Where mothers don't have to cry for their babies Wondering if they'll live to see 16 Fighting in the street for some money Wondering if they'll ever make ends meet Heaven is a place that everyone dreams of Filled with kindness flowing with the real love One day I'm gonna climb those golden stairs But until I get there CHORUS: He...is working on me He...never leaves me He...lets me know that I am not alone in the darkness He...wants me to be happy He...smiles when I'm laughing He..makes mwe believe Heaven's a place Here in my soul if I listen There, even when I thnk it isn't Building everywhere that I go Calling out so that I can follow Heaven's a place and it's all around us Like a circle, it surrounds us Where I want to be until I learn to fly 'Till I reach the sky CHORUS You know He knows you He knows me too CHORUS He's working on me He never leaves me He's working on me He never leaves me He loves me. "Unspoken" is really good too. All this typing is gonna kill me... I hear daily news People cty out for their freedom My eyes turn to you Don't they know Lord You can lead them CHORUS: If we all pray for peach It will come I believe As we face the unknown God heals us when we're broken He is there, use your voice Reach for Him Make a choice None of us are alone Don't leave your heart unspoken God heals us when we're broken Don't leave your heart unspoken I pray, save our souls Help us find a new direction We're lost in the cold Let your arms be our protection CHORUS God heals us when we're broken Don't leave your heart unspoken Out of the dark Into the light He is there for us With all of his might He has the answers He hears your prayers Turn every corner adn you'll find him there CHORUS God heals us when we're broken Don't leave your heart unspoken *whew...* Enjoy! hopeful1
i gotta find the lyrics, but i'm a bit lazy and need to get a shower soon. but i will post some titles for right now. Should I Tell Them? by shaun groves (And it seems like i can never find the cd with this song on it! ) Missing Person by Michael W. Smith (but just about any song by him, Let it Rain is a good one, but i don't like it when they go nuts over the bible verse on the Worship cd...almost ruins it for me) Song of Love by Rebecca St. James God is God by Steven Curtis Chapman In the light by DC talk and the song that made me fall in love with Christian Rock JOY by the Newsboys I'm also a big fan of a local christian metal band called New Offering www.newoffering.net just a few snipits of their music on there for now, but one day THEY WILL BE FAMOUS. Fav song is Desire...especially now when i'm trying to figure out what God wants me to do with my life now i'm in college but on the Massmatics CD Kiddkapps III ( i meditate on this one alot, especially when i'm going through my "lonely catholic" phases. Thank you Kiddkapps!) Gates of Hell Battle Cry and Chillin on a Sunday (I love it Dust! It's soo cute!)

Dust's Sister
Here are my top favorite three songs that I love to sing in Church. Be Not Afraid 1. You shall cross the barren desert, but you shall not die of thirst. You shall wander far in safety though you do not know the way. You shall speak your words in foreign lands and all will understand. You shall see the face of God and live. R. Be not afraid. I go before you always. Come follow me, and I will give you rest. 2. If you pass through raging waters in the sea, you shall not drown. If you walk amid the burning flames, you shall not be harmed. If you stand before the pow'r of hell and death is at your side, know that I am with you through it all. 3. Blessed are your poor, for the kingdom shall be theirs. Blest are you that weep and mourn, for one day you shall laugh. And if wicked men insult and hate you all because of me, blessed, blessed are you! On Eagles Wings You who dwell in the shelter of the Lord, Who abide in His shadow for life, Say to the Lord, "My Refuge, My Rock in Whom I trust." Refrain And He will raise you up on eagle's wings, Bear you on the breath of dawn, Make you to shine like the sun, And hold you in the palm of His Hand. The snare of the fowler will never capture you, And famine will bring you no fear; Under His Wings your refuge, His faithfulness your shield. Refrain And He will raise you up on eagle's wings, Bear you on the breath of dawn, Make you to shine like the sun, And hold you in the palm of His Hand. You need not fear the terror of the night, Nor the arrow that flies by day, Though thousands fall about you, Near you it shall not come. Refrain And He will raise you up on eagle's wings, Bear you on the breath of dawn, Make you to shine like the sun, And hold you in the palm of His Hand. For to His angels He's given a command, To guard you in all of your ways, Upon their hands they will bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone. Refrain And He will raise you up on eagle's wings, Bear you on the breath of dawn, Make you to shine like the sun, And hold you in the palm of His Hand. And hold you in the palm of His Hand. Here I am, Lord I, the Lord of sea and sky, I have heard my people cry. All who dwell in dark and sin, My hand will save. Chorus Here I am, Lord. Is it I, Lord? I have heard you calling in the night. I will go, Lord, if you lead me. I will hold your people in my heart. I, who made the stars of night, I will make their darkness bright. Who will bear my light to them? Whom shall I send? Chorus Here I am, Lord. Is it I, Lord? I have heard you calling in the night. I will go, Lord, if you lead me. I will hold your people in my heart. I, the Lord of snow and rain, I have borne my people’s pain. I have wept for love of them. They turn away. Chorus Here I am, Lord. Is it I, Lord? I have heard you calling in the night. I will go, Lord, if you lead me. I will hold your people in my heart. I will break their hearts of stone, Give them hearts for love alone. I will speak my words to them. Whom shall I send? Chorus Here I am, Lord. Is it I, Lord? I have heard you calling in the night. I will go, Lord, if you lead me. I will hold your people in my heart. I, the Lord of wind and flame, I will send the poor and lame. I will set a feast for them. My hand will save. Chorus Here I am, Lord. Is it I, Lord? I have heard you calling in the night. I will go, Lord, if you lead me. I will hold your people in my heart. Finest bread I will provide, 'Til their hearts be satisfied. I will give my life to them. Whom shall I send? Chorus Here I am, Lord. Is it I, Lord? I have heard you calling in the night. I will go, Lord, if you lead me. I will hold your people in my heart.

Piccoli Fiori JMJ
One of my current faves is "More" by Matthew West. It is an awesome song... they play it on KLOVE all the time, well they used too... oo, and then "Untitled Hymn (Come to Jesus)" by Chris Rice is so wonderful too! I'm too lazy to type off lyrics, because I don't know them off the top of my head...
