Andrea348
As I was coming home from work today I got a flat tire. I pulled over and called my Dad. He said he'd be right there, but I was a good 15 miles away from home at the time. I started to change it myself, but no sooner did I start lifting the car, a truck pulled over and offered to help me. In 3 minutes, the tire was changed and I was on my way. There still are really nice people these days. An extra perk...that tire is under warranty right now which means I can get it replaced! yay for free tires! What random acts of kindness have you ever experienced?
Lil Red
i've never really experienced random acts of kindness, but i'm a firm believer in DOING random acts of kindness. in the winter, i'll scrape people's windshields in a parking lot. i've raked people's lawns before, stuff like that. Andrea348
I always try to hold the door open for people, even if they are not right directly behind me and ESPECIALLY if they are carrying stuff. A simple thing like that can really make or break your day if you are overstressed and trying to carry a bunch of stuff.
Rebirth flame
wow... i love doing things for people! just random things! they're soooo much fun, especially when they're anonymous kindsa things! i love just helpin people in any way that i can, and i just feel so much more fulfilment by helping people i don't know... so i like to volunteer time and stuff, or (like lil red said), in the winter, i go around and clean off cars and stuff or shovel drive ways and sidewalks and stuff... i hardly ever find out the person's reaction, but i like it more that way... Charity Rocks!

Iacobus
I try and do it. I wouldn't stop to help with a car mainly because I would have no idea what I was doing. LOL! So yeh. But I do help people when I can. Mainly small things but a simile can really brighten someones day.

let_go_let_God
I try to compliment people, hold doors open, oh yeah, I always mowed my elderly neighbor's lawn for her, I made special note to do it while she was in the hospital. DOing lawn work, while in NHS I would plan out certian days (for our group) so we could work with the little elementary kids so the teachers could have a break. RAOK's are awesome. (translation: Random Acts of Kindness) Smiling always works too, hugs are always better
Iacobus
I think it is only Acts of Kindness. Can an act of kindness be anything but random? An act of Kindness in my life in never planned. I havn't woke up one day and said I am going to go to BFM and push the carts in for the older people, I am going to hold open the door at Church for Ted to get in, I am going to grab that cart and push it in before it hits that car, etc. I get up and say I am going to do the best I can to do good today. Therefore I think they are random.
