It's Lewis' imagined conversation between the devil and a demon of the various tricks, temptations that he puts in the world, and that's the biggest trick he mentions I believe. Read "An Exorcist Tells his Story" by Fr. Gabriele Amorth or the second book "An Exorcist: More stories".
