MorphRC
I'm not sure what you mean.... Christians other than Catholics also consider homosexual acts as sinful... Not all, to be sure, but many.
True, minus Anglicans/Epio's. Whether the majority support it who knows. Apollo
I do not like the fact that the owner uses derogatory terms in decribing the homosexual couple. To me, that shows more contempt for the people rather than "respect for the other guests.'' His choice of words makes him look like the bad guy.
I wouldn't go so far as to call it derogatory. It may just be an acceptable slang word. Like many homosexuals in America actually prefer gay (which I actually think is borderline harsh). Anyway. I don't know their culture, so I don't think it's fair to jump to that conclusion.
Lil Red
i think that would be really hard to do, to stick to your moral guns like that, even if the face of all this publicity. good for them.

BeenaBobba
Good for that guy! I'd do the same, with unmarried heterosexual couples and gays, who wanted to sleep in one bed at my inn. I'd be like, "Um, nope. Not here." What scares me is that this man probably could have been convicted under Canadian Bill C-250 had he lived in Canada. Yeesh. God bless, Jen
"Poof" and 'bent" would be the equivalent of an American describing a gay person as "qwerty." So I guess it depends on whether or not you think that is derogatory. At any rate, they are not the most sensitive of terms. Edited July 1, 2004 by Apollo
