possiblesista
Hello everyone, I am 16 years old, but planning on becoming Catholic once I turn 18. I really hate my church at the moment and really want to go to a Catholic mass, but can't because of my parents. I am also interested in religious life. Does anyone have any ideas about how I can get to mass? Thanks!
CatherineM
If your parents want you somewhere else on Sunday, you can attend mass on Saturday night. I’m not one to tell someone to disobey their parents though. I think it might be better to talk to them. Tell them you feel God calling you to the Catholic Church. Maybe get some literature or download some information. I’ve found a lot of people don’t like the Church based on bad information. In the end, you might have to wait until you are on your own. Start reading the Catechism and watch or listen to the mass online.
