Gary david Posted March 30, 2019 Share Posted March 30, 2019 There is no greater love than laying your life down for your friends. I was just reflecting on these words from Jesus. His words are simple and extremely profound. I thought about this againsr the world as it is and imagined a world where everyone around you would give their life for you out of the love of God. It would be quite a different world thats for sure. And so it must be true, for Jesus did just that for us and for the same reasons, out of love. If He hadent done that and was not obedient to His Father, then what? What would we do with all of our sins? Who could we truly trust in. What possible reason would we have to love our neighbor?
