Ice_nine
and has been for several days. She is a wonderful woman. I was there when she received anointing of the sick, and a few other touching moments. I was able to pray the divine mercy chaplet by her beside as well as the rosary. It's been hard to see a woman who was always so sharp, full of life, and could always joke-- to see her unable to speak or open her eyes, but I've been with her for four days and I just feel at peace. We were close. She lived with my family and I for the past 7-8 years, and she was an absolute pleasure to live with. Some older folks can be difficult to get along with, but everyone who met my nana loved her. She made an impression on the wait staff in her favorite restaurant, with the nurses and aides who took care of her. She just made an impact on so many people with her witty spirit and sweet nature. Pray for her soul, her family, and that I'll be able to sit down with her one day and talk to her again. Thanks pham
