Creepy man watching me on the window

Hi, we just learned by our neighbour that the weird noise I was hearing during the night were a man kneeling at my window (who is directly on the street) and trying to look at me by the shutters. It's making me VERY anxious and any prayers are appreciated - that he will go away, or we catch him, or at least I can be less anxious.
