StJoseph
I think Elisabeth Seton is one of the greatest saints. She was a role model and one to follow for sure. I think women of all ages from 18 on should be allowed to enter a monastery or convent. In my own opinion their shouldn't be an age limit as for gentleman as well who want to be brother or priest. Their is is my own opinion again I agree with that a person if they are married and it didn't work out that an anullment should be. Not someone who caused a divorce for infedility should be allowed to enter. We all deserve a chance but if someone wanted to be a priest or sister and they were married and they themselves caused the divorce because of infedility that would cause a red flag. I agree with the rules as far as that goes. But I do disagree like mentioned above if a man wants to be priest but was married and his wife left him without a serious or valid reason he should be able to enter no matter what his age. The same should be for a woman too.
