Wife and Mother in Law

[Anomaly]

My mother in law has been suffering from oral cancer, treatments have not worked.  They will learn today what sort of time frame remains, months or maybe more.  

My wife also just lost her best friend of almost 40 years a couple months ago to cancer. 

It’s also coming up to one year that our nephew died unexpectedly.  

My wife was/is a main caregiver to Nikki and her mom so it’s really rough for her.  (She is a practicing Catholic so I’m asking as a gift to her.)
