BeenaBobba
I'm not sure. My mother made it once; I never have. Being from Nebraska, I make a lot of meat foods (whiskey-peach rib-eyes; beef wellington; prime rib; beef ribs; pork ribs; lemon chicken; etc.) and a TON of baked goods (chocolate brownie torte, which is very rich; chocolate whiskey bread pudding rum raisin bread pudding, brandy bread pudding; butterscotch poppyseed cake, which one a blue ribbon at the state fair when my mother made it one year; etc.).
Look at all the meaty man food on your list! LOL. That sounds really good. The Brownie torte sounds excellent. Have you ever had Polish food? It's so darn good. I like spicy food.
I've had authentic Vietnamese before...shrimp bread is good...
That sounds really good. One of my friends is Filipino, so I've had Filipino food, which was really good. I generally love Asian cuisine. (I like all kinds of ethnic foods.)
We should put together a Phatmass cook book!
Haha. That would actually be pretty cool! I was going to for Father's Day (I'm polish on my father's side and he misses grandma's cooking), but my mother thought we didn't have enough time. I think I will soon. I like it. BeenaBobba
I'm 25% Polish, too. I've always loved Polish food. Golombkis are my favorite! I like cabbage pierogis, too. I'll only eat homemade ones, though. I think those microwavable coagulated milk and potato ones are kind of gross. LOL. Kielbasa and cabbage soup is good as well. Does your family have Polish sweet bread on Easter? God bless, Jen

Thy Geekdom Come
Golombkis are the same thing as golabki, lol...there are several different names for Polish foods...it's also known as Goumbki.
I'm not sure. LOL. What's kiska?
You might know it as Kishka or Kishki. It's a very thick sausage the skin of which is too tough to eat and almost too tough to cut, so you split it in half and squeeze the meat (which is ground and loose) to the end before you can eat it.
