A Yearning Heart
It seems in every conflict and in every age there are martyrs being made. I find it interesting that one of the Fathers refers to himself (and his friend he is writing to) as 'happy thieves' who will hopefully be reunited in heaven. I like that idea of having the trust of the happy thief, though I've not heard of him being referred to using that title. Will have to keep an eye out for 'Of Gods and Men' and their beatification. Era Might
I've actually seen this movie, didn't know it was based on a true story. There's a nice scene at the end where they're all in the monastery waiting for whatever is coming, and they all drink wine and laugh and enjoy each other's company before the end. I must have seen it on Netflix, not sure if it's still there. Edited January 7, 2018 by Era Might
