Pay off certain friends' mortgages and establish college trusts for my godchildren. 4. Buy and furnish a modest, secluded (though not too much so) parcel of property for myself that requires minimal maintenance. 5. Consider if any friends or family may need an interest-free loan, investment, or gift in order to start or expand businesses. Work out particulars with them and with an attorney. 6. Create endowments for regional churches and organizations promoting the Traditional Latin Mass. 7. Invest the remainder in order to receive a monthly income off of it. Entrust the particulars of this to an accountant or an attorney. 8. Keep my job and attempt to carry on as though nothing had ever happened, never speaking publicly about my windfall.
