Surgical Recovery

I had my surgery earlier yesterday afternoon.  I was bumped to the first case of the day since that patient hadn't shown up and I was already waiting and prepped.  I'm not sure what the doctor did because she was unable to find my mom before her next case, so I'll have to wait for my 2-week f/u appointment on the 18th.  I've been sleeping quite a bit since the surgery.  I think this was probably my easiest surgery out of the 3 I had since I had nausea only before the surgery (due to anxiety and increased stomach secretions from being NPO).  The anesthesiologist gave me a scopolamine patch which I'm wearing still and it has helped tremendously.  No Zofran or Pepcid needed.    My belly button is VERY sore.  I only have 2 incision sites belly button and lower left abdomen.  I have to be careful when I get up because bending at the waist really hurts.  Please say some prayers that I heal well.
