Tropical Storm Harvey

Okay, so this monster is heading to Texas:

 

Please please pray for those who will be heavily affected by this storm!  Pray for a miracle that there will be no casualties.  I live about 300 miles from the coast.  What I'm afraid of is massive flooding because our area is a flood zone.  Flash floods are a given here, and we still don't know how to handle them!  Tornadoes may spawn and my town will be flattened because we live in cracker jack boxes.  

I'm worried about my 92 year old dad, if he has an emergency, I'm afraid emergency vehicles won't be able to pass through low water crossings.   There's a river close by and it flooded over it's banks and sunk the bridge the last time we had heavy rainfall.  I'm worried about my friends who's homes are on the banks of the river, and our little village parish which is close by as well.
