qfnol31
I'm trying to get back into the habit of saying it morning, evening, and night. It's a great set of prayers, very well defined by Vatican II. I use the full four-volume set, which has many extra prayers and readings. I highly recommend it! It's the prayer of the Church, and second highest prayer we can say! (Second only to the Mass! St_Ignatius
What exactly do I say for Liturgy of the Hours?
Liturgy of the hours can be found at this website. http://www.liturgyhours.org/ Many Catholic bookstores have the four volume set. I have found these hard to get through because they bounce you all over the place in different and books sections, and then you have to be congnizant of the liturgical year. It really is all a matter of preference which one you do. I personally do the Magnificat. Which has the morning, mass and evening prayers. You can find these by this URL. Thy Geekdom Come
I pray it. It's mostly pretty self-explanitory, but there are some things that you just need to get into the rhythm of it to do.

I have the Four Volume set, but I am required to have it being a seminarian and all. If you ever wanted to pick it up it is a bit pricy but definitely worth it. It has two or more readings of the day, from Scripture and from a Saint, Father, or Council. It has prayers, Psalms, etc. However, it will run you about $120.00 or more. Brother Adam
I have the Christian Prayer book. It was a kind gift from a good friend, and probably one of the best gifts I've ever gotten.
