Thy Geekdom Come
Hehe...okay...I just copied the appearance of my screen on the internet and made it my desktop. Therefore, except for a couple icons, which are relatively well disguised, it looks like an internet window is open when one isn't. My mother, who knows nothing about computers, is going to be very confused when the window won't close. Mwahahahahahahahaha!

Thy Geekdom Come
how do you do that?
You know that seemingly useless button near the upper right of your keyboard that says "Print Screen"? That copies an image of your screen to the clipboard, so you go into paint, save it as a file, then make it your desktop.
1337 k4th0l1x0r
You know that seemingly useless button near the upper right of your keyboard that says "Print Screen"?
I remember the days when print screen actually would print out your screen on the printer. But back then, it was all text and the dot-matrix printer took one whole minute to print out your page.
Sojourner
One of my friends did something like that ... he made a Web page that looked like the desktop, so you couldn't tell at difference. But, whenever you clicked anywhere on it, it would pop up a little window that said, "Don't touch me there!" Ha ha
